The pre-opening process starts 6 – 9 months before the planned completion of construction work, while the process of setting-up the day-to-day operations lasts up to 9 months after the opening.

The base fee starts at 8% +VAT and depends on the type of accommodation, size and availability.

The management fee is determined individually with each owner and is charged as a percentage of the gross revenue.

The right rate depends on several factors: the specifics of your property (size, number of beds, location, etc.), the rental period (daily or weekend, seasonality, local events, etc.) and the duration of the reservation.
