If anything in your property is damaged, the cleaning crew will notify us as soon as they become aware. We then evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

In the category of luxury accommodation, the guest is required to deposit a monetary guarantee against possible damages.

Please note that some wear and tear is to be expected and is not considered a breakdown or damage. Above all, we strongly advise you to consider short-term rental insurance for your property.

The purchasing of the linen remains the owners responsibility while it has to be through a designated manufacturer. We take care of safe handling and storage to ensure the quality of the clothing. We also provide personal hygiene items.

The majority of check-in’s is contactless while all necessary instructions are promptly communicated to the guests.

Our specialized team carries many years of experience in constructions and renovations, and will conduct a study of your space, submitting the right proposal for the best use of your accommodation.

KalamataStay team assesses this data in real-time so that room rates are updated daily, to maximize your income.

The base fee starts at 8% +VAT and depends on the type of accommodation, size and availability.

The management fee is determined individually with each owner and is charged as a percentage of the gross revenue.
